Hello, thank you for your visit. Below are the most commonly asked questions that we get. Hope you can find the answer for. If not, you are more than welcome to message us too.

1) Wonder when you will receive your parcel?

Ans: We usually process your order the same day and it will be delivered within 2 - 3 working days. For urgent delivery, we will always try our best to accommodate although this is not guaranteed. 

2) What if you really need the delivery to be within 3 hours? 

Ans: We can arrange special arrangement at an express delivery cost. 

3) Is your parcel a gift? 

Ans: If yes, you are more than welcome to leave us a comment to gift wrap and add your personalised gift cards in the comment space before check out. Emoji icons can be added but it may not always look the same from as how you expected with our hand drawings. However, we always love creative icons. 

4) I have questions about the scents choice in the sets and how it works?

Ans: Scents and products within the same range ( original & Gone Green ) are interchangeable. For example : All lotions, washUps & scents are interchangeable  within Original range;  All products ( washlocks, softlocks, lotion and washups within Gone Green range among each other)
